जिला प्रबंधक (District Manager) के पदों हेतु केवल उत्तर प्रदेश के नागरिकों से आवेदन स्वीकार किए जाएंगे। आवेदकों के पास कम से कम दो साल का NGO सेक्टर में टीम प्रबंधन और प्रशिक्षण कार्यों का अनुभव होना अनिवार्य होगा। चयन केवल साक्षात्कार के माध्यम से किया जाएगा। संगठन का निर्णय अंतिम एवं सर्वमान्य होगा।

SSS Foundation invites applications from dedicated and motivated individuals for the implementation of its Rural Self-Employment Training & Awareness Campaign across Uttar Pradesh.
We are seeking candidates who are passionate about rural development, livelihood generation, and community empowerment.

About Recruitment) :-

  • To effectively implement self-employment, skill development, and awareness programs in rural areas, the SSS Foundation invites applications from qualified, motivated candidates who are dedicated to social service.
  • We are seeking candidates who wish to make an active contribution to rural development, community empowerment, and nation-building. The details of the required positions are as follows:

1- Project Manager-

  • Position :Project Manager
  • Work Level: Tehsil Level.
  • Number of Positions: 240 (Tentative)
  • Salary : ₹32,000/- per month.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  •  Planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects at the Tehsil level.
  • Coordination with government departments, local administration, and other stakeholders.
  •  Effective execution of training and awareness programs.
  •  Maintenance of reports and documentation.
  • Achievement of set targets and ensuring quality standards.
  • Educational Qualification: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and basic computer knowledge.
  • Leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in social work or project management, are desirable.

2- Rojgar Mitra (Nyaya Panchayat Level)

  • Position: Rojgar Mitra.
  • Operational Level: Nyay Panchayat Level
  • Number of Posts: 1,650 (Tentative)
  • Salary Scale: ₹18,500/- per month


  • Key Responsibilities: Motivating rural youth towards training and self-employment.
  • Organizing awareness camps and village-level meetings.
  • Preparing records and documentation for beneficiaries.
  • Mobilizing grants and funds for the organization.
  • Establishing coordination between the community and the institution.
  • Assisting in the successful implementation of schemes and programs.
  • Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduation Preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge and good communication skills.
  • Preference will be given to local candidates.

  4. The application fee ₹-1000/ for District Manager's & 400 for others must be Deposited into the organization's bank account via NEFT or online transfer. (Payments made via UPI will not be accepted.)

  8. Interviews will be conducted at the organization's district offices located in Varanasi, Prayagraj, Maharajganj, Kushinagar, Kanpur Dehat, Auraiya, Jhansi, and Azamgarh.
  9. Applicants wishing to opt for an online interview must explicitly indicate their preference for an online interview within their application.
